We've designed, built and tended more than 120 Greenwich properties — from backcountry estates to Riverside gardens. We know this town's soil, its wetlands office, and its weather.
Local Expertise
What we know about your dirt
Greenwich properties bring particular joys and particular paperwork. We handle both.
- Soils: rocky glacial till inland, heavier clay near the Sound — we test before we plant
- Wetlands: many parcels touch regulated areas; we prepare IWWA applications routinely
- Deer: heavy pressure in backcountry — our deer-resistant palettes don't read as compromise
- Mature trees: we design around legacy specimens, with arborist care to protect them during builds

Yes — we prepare and file IWWA applications regularly, including planting plans the agency favors. Most of our applications are approved on first submission.
All of them: backcountry, Round Hill, central Greenwich, Cos Cob, Riverside and Old Greenwich. Maintenance routes run in Greenwich on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Happily. On several estates we coordinate directly with property managers and house staff — schedules, gate protocols and event-day readiness included.
